Your questions answered:

• I don’t look like a model, do you work with normal women?    Platinum Elegance is for all women. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never had someone take your picture ever. Believe it or not, even models look like normal people in the real world – they have acne, crows feat, stretch marks, cellulite, and scars just like real people do. Confidence, a little bit of magic with posing and lighting really work wonders!
• I want to do this, but I’m so nervous?    Being nervous is completely normal, everyone gets nervous! My team strives to make this a great experience, and after you see your gorgeous pictures, it will be totally worth it! All you have to do is be brave enough to say “yes” for a brief moment, and we’ll take care of the rest. Confidence comes from seeing yourself in a new exciting way!
• I don’t know how to pose, doesn’t that matter?    I will demonstrate poses myself (feel free to laugh) or an assistant may help (if you choose to have one present). I will never touch a client without permission, and give instruction to you for the most flattering poses.
• Will my pictures be on your website and all over the internet?    Your privacy is extremely important to me and my team. No one will ever see your pictures except myself, possibly a professional editor, and yourself if that is what you wish. Your pictures won’t appear anywhere (including here) without your written permission and consent. All the women on this site have given me permission to share their pictures and signed a release – they are proud of them!
• Do I have to get naked?    No, absolutely not! The client is ALWAYS in charge and has the final say in this. We will find your comfort level during your consultation. Most women do prefer to do some implied nudity (your naughty bits are covered by a hand, or a bed sheet for example to prevent the camera from seeing more).
• Do you use Photoshop?    All of your images will be professionally retouched. Normal editing includes removing anything that will heal, removing scars (unless told not to), evenning of skin tones and smoothing skin. Very defined tan lines will remain. The point of your session is to celebrate the beauty you already posses. If you are a 48 year old and wear a size 18, I’m not going to turn you into a 21 year old size 4. Some women do have things they would like to be addressed during editing. Please mention it, this is fine, but again – you must look like you in the finished images.
• Do you offer personal brand/content & modeling type creation packages?     Yes! Please mention this when contacting me to receive special pricing specifically for this type of  session.
• Do you shoot couples?    Not at this time.
• Can I bring someone with me to my session?    If you wish to bring someone with you, they should be encouraging and never critical or a distraction (i.e. being very talkative during the photoshoot). A close female friend or a sister would be preferred. Any guest you bring must be at least 18 years old and I MUST be informed at the time your session is scheduled of your plans to be accompanied. My makeup artist will be present if only in a different room for the duration of your photoshoot. She serves as an extra set of eyes to ensure your hair and makeup remain perfect, as well as serve as a your cheerleader and occasionally they may help with posing also.
